Kadarka from old vine

The grapes come from traditional old vines, from Kisbödő vineyard. The method of cultivation is traditional hand-cultivation (cultivation buck). The vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in big wooden vats (10hl) to keep its fruitiness, then was kept in big barrels .

Colour: Light garnet colour, clean.
Nose: Fruit aromas of sour cherries, black berries & black cassis appear next tot he spiciness of fresh tobacco.
Palate: Dry. Also the palate shows a spicy pepperiness. Besides hints of paprika the acids dominate with a filigrane body.
Optimal to wild-dishes & the heavier autumn cuisine.
