After his studies in Wine and Champagne Technical School, he continued his studies in Geography, in Pécs, and later in Viticulture and Oenology Engineering in Geisenheim.
Bence is mainly in charge of our wine-growing and wine making processes. He is acting as an innovation manager at our winery, where he transformed all our vineyards and processes into organic wine-growing and wine making. He is also passionate about spontaneous fermentation techniques.
He is the other discontented one in the family, never tired of constantly improving, and striving to achieve higher and higher standards in our processes and facilities.
